The episode begins with Harleen expressing concern, saying she doesn’t know where Poorvi has disappeared. Dadi asks how Poorvi could just leave like that. Harleen adds that Poorvi must have found some evidence. Meanwhile, Deepika overhears the conversation and rushes to Monisha, saying, “You’re sitting here enjoying snacks while Maa believes Poorvi has gathered proof against Nethra. You need to be cautious.” Monisha, unbothered, tells Deepika to relax, assuring her that she’s already keeping an eye on Nethra.

Soon after, they notice Neha entering the scene with Poorvi and some other people. Yug, trying to understand the situation, asks Harman what happens if someone drinks a truth serum. At the same time, Neha instructs the priest, Pandit Ji, to begin the engagement ceremony. Pandit Ji is about to start chanting the mantras when Sahil steps in and picks up the tray with the truth serum drink. Yug quickly whispers that he’ll spill the tray, but Vikrant stops him, warning that the serum has been tampered with.

Sahil walks toward Neha, offering her a glass of juice. Diya steps in, reminding Neha that she had refused to drink earlier, but Neha now declares she wants the drink and takes the glass with the truth serum. Yug, worried, mutters that Neha has drunk the truth serum. Sahil whispers in Neha’s ear that he will stay with her no matter what happens. As the ceremony continues, Pandit Ji asks Neha and RV to exchange rings. Poorvi hands Neha a ring, while Jassi watches the events unfold closely.
Everyone’s eyes are glued to Neha, watching her every move. Neha starts feeling dizzy. Monisha, noticing her condition, tells RV to remove the ring he is already wearing, which Poorvi had previously placed on his finger. RV does as instructed, while Monisha smiles slyly. Neha, still drowsy, tries to place the ring on RV’s finger, but suddenly loses her balance and falls while clutching RV’s hand. Everyone looks shocked. Jassi runs after Sahil as RV tries to take control of the situation, claiming Neha must be tired and suggesting he take her to the guest room. Poorvi quickly agrees.

As they take Neha to the guest room, Harman, Jaswant, Vikrant, and Dadu huddle together, believing the truth serum has started to take effect. Dadi notices them sneaking away and questions where they’re all going. Dadu tries to brush it off by saying they can go if they want. Harleen steps in, telling them to relax and enjoy some food, but Dadi feels something is off. She questions Dadu about what’s really happening. However, Dadu remains tight-lipped.

Harleen speaks up, pointing out that they’re making the same mistake Poorvi once made. Harman finally admits they should reveal their plan. Monisha drags Sahil outside, questioning his loyalty, “You don’t seem like part of the family. Otherwise, you wouldn’t have let me drag you out here.” She adds, “You knew my name, but Jassi, on the other hand, seems like he came to stop the engagement.” Jassi shrugs it off, saying, “I’m not interested in Neha, and I have nothing to do with her.” Monisha threatens Sahil, saying if he doesn’t leave, she will call the police. Jassi backs her up, adding that not even Neha will come to his rescue, as she is unwell. He then advises Sahil to leave and speak to Neha later.

Meanwhile, back in the room, Poorvi announces that Neha has fainted. RV worries aloud, wondering if the truth serum dose was too much. At the same time, Soham calls out to Diya. Poorvi, sensing the opportunity, urges Diya to go talk to him. With everyone distracted, Poorvi suggests they should make Neha confess the truth. RV, hesitant, asks Nethra why she did what she did. Poorvi, observing Neha’s semi-conscious state, advises waiting until Neha is more aware before questioning her further. They sit Neha down in a chair, and Poorvi tells RV to get her some water. As soon as RV leaves, Poorvi begins searching Neha’s belongings and finds her ID card. Her eyes widen in realization as she reads the name on the card: Neha Singh, not Nethra Rai Singh as she had been led to believe.

Poorvi confronts Neha, asking her to reveal her true identity. Neha, now affected by the serum, admits that she is not who she claims to be. She reveals that she is actually a bar dancer and has been lying to everyone by pretending to be an actress. Poorvi is taken aback but continues to probe for more information.

Meanwhile, Dadu, Harman, Jaswant, and Vikrant discuss the unfolding events. Dadu insists that they have not hidden the truth to harm anyone, but rather to protect everyone. Harman adds that their plan was meant to help the situation. Jaswant nods, agreeing that if their plan succeeds, it will benefit everyone involved. Vikrant echoes his sentiments, expressing confidence that things will work out in their favor.

Harleen, however, feels left out and questions why the family wasn’t informed. She expresses frustration that they weren’t included in the plan and that it feels as though they are outsiders. Vaishali chimes in, saying that they could have helped if they had been told earlier. Dadi agrees, saying that this is their family too, and they should have been involved from the beginning. Vaishali adds that it was obvious something was being planned, but they were kept in the dark.

Deepika feels the same way, saying she feels like an outsider while Poorvi seems more like family to everyone. Dadu tries to explain, saying they kept the plan secret to avoid any mistakes. Harman insists that their only goal was to ensure the mission succeeded, and Jaswant confirms that it is indeed working.
Vaishali then asks what exactly happened to Nethra and what their plan entailed. Harleen turns to Vikrant for answers. Vikrant finally confesses that they wanted to get the truth out of Nethra by using a truth serum. Dadi, confused, asks what a truth serum is. Dadu explains that once someone consumes it, they cannot lie. Vikrant continues, explaining that Yug brought the serum to Nethra, disguised as a juice glass, but Nethra didn’t drink it. Poorvi also tried but failed to make her drink the serum.

Yug then speculates that Neha may have consumed the truth serum instead. Harman is hopeful, thinking that RV and Poorvi might be getting Neha to confess at that very moment. Deepika, shocked at the scale of the plan, asks if the serum will actually work. Yug assures her that it will, and Harleen, now understanding the plan, says that Neha will confess the truth, and her son will be saved. Harman adds that they are finally on the same page. Vikrant reveals that they are also recording Neha’s confession to have proof.

Deepika, realizing how big this plan is, becomes anxious. She pretends to cough and excuses herself to get water, but in reality, she is rushing to inform Monisha about what’s happening. Back in the room, Poorvi continues her questioning, asking Neha to confirm her name. Neha, still under the effects of the truth serum, says her name is Neha Singh. Poorvi presses further, asking if she really wants to marry RV. Neha, in a moment of truth, says no.
