Shaurya tells Sunny that he knows he won’t let her marry Rajveer. Sunny is puzzled and asks what he means. Shaurya insists he’s telling the truth. Just then, Shanaya walks into the room, calling out to Shaurya, who seems annoyed. She asks him how she looks. Shaurya responds that she looks fine, but he believes she could look even better with a different color. After wishing Sunny goodbye, Shaurya leaves, leaving Shanaya feeling worried. Sunny also feels uncomfortable and tells Shanaya not to worry, explaining that Shaurya likes to tease her. Sunny adds that Shaurya enjoys it when Shanaya tries to make up with him after their arguments, but he asks her not to mention this to Shaurya. Shanaya thinks that Shaurya is different from other boys and is not like everyone else.

Mahesh mentions that they have returned because their mother came back, but he wonders why she went inside in the first place. Bani Dadi hits him lightly, and Mahesh sits on the couch.

Preeta asks Palki if she tried on the dress she took. Kritika says this is why she visited all the designers, so she is upset. Kavya says she saw Palki in the dress and thought Palki looked beautiful. Palki wants to wear it on the engagement day as a surprise for everyone. Daljeet complains to Rakhi about Palki not taking leave from the hospital when she needs some time off. Palki insists she has to attend to patients every day.
